I swore this show off after Jason did what he did to Melissa. Of course I've been suckered into this new season. Why oh why do I watch this silly show?!
This set of girls are NUTS! This year The Bachelor is named Jake, who is a pilot.
Some of my favorites are Tenley and Corrie. I'm not really sure why I like Corrie, I just think she is extremely adorable and not catty. Tenley is so sweet and genuine, I hope she doesn't get her heart broken again!
But then they show a girl who speaks to Jake in her native language. I was thinking "Oh, how sweet." Before I could even finish that thought, she translates her statement to say: "Jake, you can fly your plane to my landing strip any time." Um. Wow. Weird.
But seriously. Really. Who in the heck has a pretend fiance?! In case you didn't tune in, allow me to fill you in. One of the girls tonight was wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring. So Jake asked her about it, and she goes on to tell him that she has kept a "pretend fiance" and it was a "pretend engagement ring." She proceeds to take off the pretend ring, and give it to him and say "I don't want to pretend anymore, I want a real fiance." No lie. Really. Who does that?!?!!
This show is insane. How did I get suckered in again? Tell me, did you give in and watch tonight? Thoughts?

I'm right there with you! A lot of the girls had some corny lines they gave him! And I think the Michelle girl is kinda weird too! I'm sure I'll be suckered in every Monday night to watch :)
I am SO addicted to the craziness, lol. Did you watch Jake on The Bachelorette? I really do adore him.
I like Tenley, Corrie, and Alli (the girl who lost her voice).
It's weird, but I *think* the girl with the pretend engagement ring had to do with her job. She's a flight attendant and probably uses the ring as a deterant.
LOL, I don't go so far as engagement rings. But, I have pretended to have a serious boyfriend when out at station appearances and listeners are trying to get a little too friendly, lol.
ick! I missed the landing strip line.. but EW! That's way too much info when MEETING someone!! I don't remember anyone's names and only saw the last hour. I haaaaaaaate The Bachelor, but nothing else was on :\

I can't stand the show. And I had no intention of tuning in before - and especially after - seeing previews about some scandalous "affair" that was going on inside the house? Anyway. Not the show for me.
Im watching it right now and I SOOO took note of everything you said while I was watching! hah! The landing strip thing made me quit packing my bag for my work trip and look at the tv like "did that just happen.." hah! I like Tenley too so far! :)
aHHH! i was so mad I picked up 4 hrs at work without thinking that this was TONIGHT!!! thank goodness for abc.com!
okay...alli and tenley are our favorites...
and secondly..i sort of understand the pretend fiancee....when you work on a plane and people hit on you, its probably nice to sort of flash the ring and move on...
just sayin' ;)

I'm the same way...I said I wouldn't watch Jillian...but I couldn't resist! I like Tenley too :)
Please tell me that girl didn't get a flower and as she was storming out the mansion she put her ring back on - Please oh please tell me that happened!
